International Women’s Day (IWD) offers a significant opportunity for organizations globally to strengthen and enhance their continued dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by actively promoting the advancement of women. This year, the theme for IWD is ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.’

In line with the celebration of Women’s Day, IWD hosted panel discussions featuring distinguished women, including our NFWD’s president, Ms. Rasanjali Pathirage, Ms. Chamila Thushari, Program Coordinator, Dabindu Collective, Ms. P. Logeswary : General Secretary, Women’s Solidarity Front, Ms. S.P. Sriyani Mangalika, Managing Director, Women’s Development Federation (WDF). The event was dynamic and highly successful, with women from diverse walks of life contributing a multitude of perspectives.
